What data we collect and why
When you book online we process your name, phone number, email, the chosen service (and any extra, e.g. hair wash) and time, a discount code if you use one, and your note if you write one. We use them to record your booking, send the confirmation, the cancellation link and a reminder the day before, and to reach you if needed.
After your visit we may send you one short email asking you to rate us on Google. It is optional, and each guest receives it at most once every six months.
If you register, your account stores your name, phone number and email so you don't have to type them again. Your password is stored encrypted; we can't see it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time using the contacts above.
If you send feedback about the website through the bubble in the bottom-right corner, we store your rating, message, language and device type (e.g. phone). We don't ask for your name or email, so please don't include personal data. The feedback goes to the website's developer and is used only to improve the site.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings and accounts, and our legitimate interest in improving our service and website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the rating email and feedback.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for at most 12 months after the appointment; after that the system automatically deletes the personal details (name, phone, email, note). Your account remains until you ask for its deletion.
Who has access
Only the salon sees your data. We never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. For technical operation we use these processors: Supabase (database and accounts, EU – Ireland), Brevo (sending emails), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Fonts (website font).
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your chosen language, your bookings (so you can cancel them) and your login if you are signed in.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. Contact us using the details above. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk).
